Sometimes the answer is spread across several sentences in the passage.
Do not copy all of them.
Combine the meaning.

Automation can replace certain routine activities. Workers performing repetitive tasks may therefore face displacement. At the same time, technology can create demand for new skills.
You could write:
Automation may displace workers performing routine tasks while simultaneously increasing demand for new skills.
Three sentences have been converted into one clear answer.

Whenever you struggle, use this five-step process:

What exactly is being asked?
