PFRDA Grade A Selection Process
Under the 2025 recruitment process, selection for PFRDA Grade A followed three stages:
Phase I – Online Screening Examination
Phase II – Online Examination
Phase III – Interview
Phase I consisted of two objective papers and was used for shortlisting candidates for Phase II.
Importantly, Phase I marks were not counted towards final selection.

How Important Is Phase 2 for Final Selection?

Under the PFRDA Grade A 2025 selection process:
Phase II Written Examination = 85% weightage
Phase III Interview = 15% weightage
Final selection was based on the combined weighted performance in Phase II and Phase III.
Phase I, meanwhile, was only a screening stage.
