Precis writing is asked in descriptive English section of NABARD Mains exam. There are 2 papers of 200 marks in the main exam. Out of these 2 papers, descriptive English paper consists of 100 marks. There are 3 descriptive English questions from Essay, Precis, Comprehension and Business Correspondence.
In an essay, you are given around 5 topics and you must write on one of them. Total Time for Descriptive English Paper will be 90 minutes and you will have to answer 3 questions from the essay, Precis and Comprehension & Business Correspondence.
NABARD Mains consists of two papers, descriptive English and ESI & ARD. Descriptive English contains 100 marks and the ESI & ARD section contains 100 marks. A total of 200 marks will be in the main exam.
